Registration process - help page
The registration form (and the rest of the website) is valid HTML 4.01 Transitional, and it has been tested and found to work with the following (non-exclusive) list of browsers under Windows XP:
- Mozilla Firefox version 1.5 and 2
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5, 6 and 7
- Netscape Navigator version 7, 8 and 9
- Opera version 7, 8 and 9
- Safari version 3
Please visit the registration page with one of the above browsers or another standards-compliant user agent.
In order to use the online order form, your browser must
- allow the running of JavaScripts
- allow the setting of cookies
Instructions on how to enable these settings in the most common browsers can be found below. If your browser is not listed, please consult the manual or programme help files for directions.
If you have diabled the above features on purpose, remember to switch them back to the desired state when you have completed the registration process.
Once you have adjusted the settings, go back to the registration form and reload the page.
Instructions on how to enable JavaScript

Internet Explorer 5.x / 6.x
- From the browser's Tools menu select "Internet Options..."
- Select the Security tab.
- Pick the "Internet zone" icon.
- Push the "Custom Level..." button.
- Scroll down the Settings list to the Scripting item. (You may need to double-click on icons to expand lists.
- Under the "Active scripting" item, choose the Enable radio button.
- Push OK and Yes to confirm and close the Security Settings dialog box, then OK again to close the Internet Options dialog box.
Internet Explorer 7
- Click on the "Tools" button (located in the upper right part of the screen next to the gear icon) and select "Internet Options"
- Click on the "Security" tab and then click on the "Custom Level..." button.
- Scroll down towards the bottom of the list; Under "Scripting", set the option "Active scripting" to "Enable". Click on the OK button
- Click "Yes" in the alert box
- Click on OK to close the Internet Explorer Preferences dialog box.
Firefox 1.5 / 2.x
- Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Options"
- Click on the "Content" tab and check the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.
- Click on the OK button.
Opera 8.x / 9.x
- Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Preferences"
- Click on the "Advanced" tab, then click on the "Content" option and check the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.
- Click on the OK button.
Instructions on how to enable cookies
Internet Explorer 6.x
- Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".
- Click "OK".
Internet Explorer 7.x
- Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Under Settings, click Advanced button.
- Check the box Override automatic cookie handling under Cookies section in Advanced Privacy Settings window.
- Under First-party Cookies, select Accept.
- Under Third-party Cookies, select Accept.
- Check the box Always allow session cookies.
- Click OK.
- Click OK to exit.
Firefox 1.5 / 2.x
- Go to Tools and select Options.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- a) Firefox 1.5: Select the Cookies tab.
b) Firefox 2.x: Expand the Cookies item. - Check the check box that's labeled Allow sites to set cookies.
Opera 8.x / 9.x
- Open the Tools menu.
- Select Preferences to open Dialog box.
- Open the Advanced tab.
- Select "Cookies".
- a) Opera 8.x: Select "Allow all cookies" in Normal cookies combo box and/or Third-party cookies combo box depending on your needs.
b) Opera 9.x: Select "Accept cookies" or "Accept cookies only from the site I visit" option depending on your needs. - Click the OK button.
